System configuration: The machine has 18 Fanuc CNC axes, a 9-division indexing table of which:
- 1 automatic loading/unloading station with manipulator with an CNC-axis
- 13 machining stations
- 10 work-units
Actual production rate: Approx. 423 pieces/hour (approx 211,5 couples of rocker arms per hour)
(the machine works 1+1 rocker arms of different type per cycle)
