The machine is designed to coin both sides of the key bow simultaneously in a fully automatic cycle. The rotating plate moves through an electro-mechanical intermittent device in phase with the coining press movement.
Keys are individually coined between the mobile upper die and the fixed lower coining die, actuated by a hydraulic ram. Coining is a dry process.
The hydraulic oil is cooled by an oil-water exchanger, to be connected to customer's utilities.
The machine can process brass, nickel silver and steel keys, within the following dimensions:
- Max blade lenght = 42 mm
- Max overall key length (bow + key) = 80 mm
- Max key bow width = 30 mm
- Max key thickness = 3,5
- Max key blade width = 12mm

Machine output
The standard machine output is the following:
- Feeding system using Preloaders without key unload stacker - max. 6000 keys/h.
- Feeding system using Preloaders with key unload stacker - max. 5100 keys/h.
- Feeding system using Vibratory unit Mod. V.S. for symmetrical keys ~4200 keys/h.
- Feeding system using Vibratory unit Mod. V.S. for asymmetrical keys ~3000-3500 keys/h.
- Feeding system using Vibratory unit Mod. V.S.O. for asymmetrical keys ~4000 keys/h.
