| MULTICODE CCE 2 |
 |
The machine cuts both sides of the key and is equipped with 2 bitting heads which cut one key per cycle using two cutters supported by a cross carriage.
The carriage moves in both an "X" and "Z" axis using CNC burshless motors. Bitting is a dry process.
Working data (bitting codes) is processed by a software which interfaces with the operator through the PC and then transmits to the PLC. It is possible to select different key cutting styles such as standard, corrected, interpolated or matrix bitting.
The machine can execute up to 30 cuts with 10 different depths or 10 cuts with 30 different depths (combination can vary within 40 reference points).
Keys are automatically fed into the machine using a vertical magazine and key unloading is also automatic.
Description of the product to be machined
The machine can cut brass, nickel silver and steel keys, within the following dimensions:
- Max key blade length 35mm.
- Max overall key length (bow + blade) 73 mm.
- Max key bow width 30 mm.
