MULTICODE CCE 1/T The Key Bitting Machine Model Multicode CCE1/T provides highly innovative technical features that yield remarkable productivity, quality and accuracy levels. The CCE1/T is a rotary table machine with a high output (up to 2000 keys/hour with standard bitting). The many operations (bitting, code-marking, brush deburring, ringing) are performed using new innovative technology within each workstation. The productive capacity is also improved by the application of linear motors on the X and Y axis of the bitting unit. This is achieved because of the low inertia that allows vertical acceleration ramps. The "basic" configuration can be integrated with many options such as brush deburring, ringing and code-marking. The key code-marking unit can be of a high quality "micropercussion" type or alternatively, an accurate and fast "laser" marking unit can be installed. The machine functions and high performance are managed by a Fanuc CNC control of the latest generation. Of prime importance for today's demand of flexibility, is the quick changeover and re-tooling of the machine. This is made easier by the Giuliani SCADA supervision system allowing a "friendly" operator interface that grants quick and easy running.
