Customer satisfaction has always been a priority for Giuliani, who in the last few years has devoted important resources and effort to the creation of a set of services for both Giuliani transfer and lock industry machines, new and existing.

In order to optimize performance and guarantee long-term efficient use of the Giuliani machines, Giuliani has provided the following "global" support services to our valued customers:

In a short time, additional new services will be offered:
» The ECCO (E-Customer Care Online), for an integrated dialogue with
   customers and suppliers
» In-house Training Center.
STC - Customer Technical Service
The STC Team will give advice and technical support for any problem involving any Giuliani machine, including service on the spot by one of our skilled engineers if needed.
PMP - Preventive Maintenance Program
Yearly visit of Giuliani's engineers for the inspection of Giuliani machines and relevant ordinary maintenance.
TELESERVICE
The Teleservice, installed since 2001 on almost all the Giuliani machines controlled by PLC, CNC or PC, allows a connection, via modem, between the machine PLC and a remote access PC at Giuliani to provide a diagnostic analysis of the machine status and to modify, whenever necessary, the machine software.
The Teleservice can also be installed in machines produced before 2001 at very low costs.
ECCO - E-Customer Care Online
IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO IEMCA SERVICE AND INFORMATION WHEREVER YOU WANT! WHENEVER YOU WANT!

The ECCO system (IEMCA trademark) allows Customers, Suppliers, Business Partners to safely have access to information and services within the IEMCA organization:
- Check order status
- Purchase components and spare parts online
- Download drawings and manuals
- Review FAQ
- Monitor GIULIANI's supplier satisfaction

The ECCO Web Portal is available for authorised users to log in through Password and User ID.
